Yes, we can RUSH cases in under a week for a fee of $60, subject to availability. Please contact us when submitting your case to confirm.

Our partnership with Hiossen provides us with the capability of milling custom abutments in-house and providing very competitive pricing. This allows our clients to have convenient and cost-efficient access to premium OEM parts with reduced turnaround times.

We offer shipping options with GLS, UPS, and FedEx. We only charge for outbound shipping. Please email us at properguideimplant@gmail.com to request shipping labels or boxes.

Generally, we will remake cases where we are at-fault or if there is a material defect. If a product fails within the warranty period and was used under normal and intended conditions, we will either repair, remake, or a credit will be applied to the account-- equal to the value of the original product. Implants are complex procedures that are often intimidating to many dentists. We have partnered with implant specialists at Bell Dental Center to offer a weekly course to help dentists gain hands-on experience assisting and/or shadowing live implant surgery, for free. Learn more here.
