Digital Impression or Model Submission - We begin by receiving a digital intraoral scan or physical model of the patient’s arch, which serves as the basis for a custom-fit nightguard.

Material Selection - Based on the clinical need, we select the appropriate material: Hard,Dual-Laminate, or Soft.

Forming & Trimming - The nightguard is precisely fabricated using a suck-down or thermoforming process, then carefully trimmed for optimal fit and comfort.

Polishing & Quality Check - Each appliance is hand-polished to a high-gloss finish and undergoes a detailed inspection to ensure strength, durability, and comfort.

Packaging & Delivery - The completed nightguard is disinfected, packaged securely, and sent back to your practice
